Returns & Refunds
General Policy
We do not accept returns or refunds for any reason except for the following:
Defective or Damaged Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please follow these steps:
1) Contact Us: Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing support@trendupdesigns.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
2) Return Authorization: We’ll provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if your claim is valid. Wait for this number before proceeding.
3) Pack and Ship: Securely pack the damaged or defective item and write the RA number on the outside of the package. Ship it to the address provided. Use a trackable shipping method.
Refund
If you choose a refund, we will refund the original purchase price to the original payment method.
Conditions for Returns and Refunds
1) Returns and refund requests are only accepted for damaged or defective products.
2) You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
3) The returned item must be in its original, unwashed, and unworn condition.
